I'm looking at my calendar right now and I can't believe June is almost over. I feel like I just did my May post. Things have been busy lately and unfortunately I haven't been able to post here as much as I used to. But I still like the idea of doing monthly summaries--so here's another!
Photographed the Bouncing Souls at Webster Hall. I don't think I've seen any band live more times than I've seen these guys but every show is just as fun as the last.
Walked past Irving Plaza and saw that the Gwar show/Zombie Prom was emptying out. So of course I shot a few photos.
Shot the Flogging Molly show at the Paramount on Long Island.
Posted part two of my latest photo series for How We Are. Asked nine people from across the country about the significance of their punk band tattoos. It was cool getting to hear everyone's story and photograph them as well.
Been spending a lot of nights walking the boardwalk at a few of the nearby beaches. It's a good way to clear your head and just relax.
An afternoon in Brooklyn. Pouring rain and then a few minutes later, a rainbow.
Central Park one afternoon.
Found these murals at another Long Island beach.
And lastly, some Instagram shots.
