Arrested Development To Return!

If you were on the internet in the past day or so, at all, you probably heard this news already. But if you haven't, get excited -- Arrested Development is coming back!
Creator Mitch Hurwitz, along with the stars of the show, spoke about it at the New Yorker Festival panel yesterday. Jason Bateman and Will Arnett then confirmed via Twitter. They're looking to get ten television episodes, each generally showing one character at a time (with some crossovers), and what they've been up to these past few years. Then, after that, the movie would come out.
During the panel Hurwitz made it clear that the whole cast in on board and that it basically comes down to the studios and investors to get it going.

You can stream the entire "Bluth Family Reunion" on the New Yorker's Facebook page here. All you have to do is hit "like" to access it.

I flew through all three seasons of the show on DVD in a really short amount of time. I was recuperating from surgery and the show definitely gave me something to laugh about during a weird and difficult time. 2013 is far away but it's great to hear that the rumors weren't just rumors and that it is actually happening!
